I have a Bahama Blue 1966 Air-Cooled VW Bug named Otto. Dean and Alan treat my car like their own. They know him by name and always give me options and explain the work they are doing. They have done all kinds of work from replacing a parking light bulb to rebuilding a '74 block from scratch for me. They give me tips, advice, and make sure I understand how to make the work I have done last as long as possible.
