The worst I purchased flowers from them via FTD for Valentines Day. The arrangement was horrible and they shorted me on the number of roses. When I called to speak with someone, the owner BRAD told me I got what I paid. I argued that the arrangement should be like the one FTD shows; he told me that was between me and FTD. When I pointed out he was representing them locally he hung up on me. I wouldn't do business with these guys again ever.
