Josh was here in a timely manner. He didn't have the parts he needed on hand so, he went and got them. Repaired my washing machine and it's running like a charm. Thank you for such great service.

Joshua was an excellent technician. He was extremely thorough. He explained to me how to shop for a microwave. He also wrote an extensive notation on the service invoice which helped me to explain to my sister ( the owner) that her current expensive microwave has received terrible reviews and less expensive models are equally fine. My sister agreed and I will be saving at least a $1,000. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again, Jousha!
