Great doctor
Dr. Robinson is truly a wonderful doctor. I originally saw her for rosacea treatment, and her skill with the laser got my skin looking amazing. I have since done some microbotox treatments, and it always looks beautiful and natural. Everyone tells me how great I look after her treatments, but can’t put a finger on what was done. Her staff is great, too, and I never feel pushed or upsold. What a great practice, I highly recommend!!
The staff is not helpful, worst service ever. I called yesterday to make an appointment and explain all details; even I mentioned that I was sure that Dr. Mraz was on my insurance because I had already looked for her. I got an email with my appointment, and the receptionist made my appointment with somebody else; I sent a message, and she called me back saying that she explained it to me over the phone, which never happened! I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for medical and cosmetic needs for years. Simply put, she is the best! Very patient and takes time to explain all procedures and answer questions. The new practice is beautiful and always a great experience.
Dr. Robinson has been my dermatologist for several years and I highly recommend her to people of all ages for all medical and cosmetic dermatology concerns.
