I am having flu-like symptoms and would have been a new patient, however whenever I called the lady that answered the phone was very rude and condescending. I saw NP Deanna Thomas today. I was experiencing an allergic reaction to something (possible food allergy). She was awesome! I felt so comfortable with her. She was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable regarding allergies. She knew exactly what I needed and set me up on treatment right away.
