I changed insurance companies in 2016. She claimed my copays would still be covered. They weren't, and instead of taking responsibility for her mistake and waiving the charge, she sent me to a collections agency.

She really had nothing to offer. I went only a few times before seeking help elsewhere.
The WORST Therapist I have ever been to she did nothing to help me except take her payment every week.. Most Unprofessional person I have ever met She scheduled a appointment with me and left me waiting in her waiting room for over 45 mins I arrived early and she Hid in her office and charged me anyway for sitting in her waiting room and ending up leaving without ever seeing her but I could hear her coughing up a lung in her office... Horrible.
