From the beginning David was sympathetic to our needs and really did everything possible to advise us and to show it to a great number of potential buyers. He was always prompt to reply to our questions. I would recommend them without hesitation.
David and Deanna are a dream team. If you want kind, efficient, and trustworthy partners, look no further. David was thorough and patient, going above and beyond to ensure I was confident with my purchase. Deanna managed paperwork in the background, making the entire process seamless. They were both extremely knowledgeable and operated with the utmost integrity. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such wonderful people.
I wanted to give a shout out to David and Deanna Pavlovich for their professionality and diligence in selling our cottage in the Kawarthas. David arranged for every thing including taking personal time to attend to matters additional to core requirements. The cottage was sold almost immediately following listing and we are happy with the price and the overall experience provided by him and Deanna.
Dave and Deanna - what can I say! Amazing! They were absolutely amazing - Dave never gave up and took us everywhere and was always there for us - saying will find your dream home! He was so helpful and very efficient. Honest and nice ! I would highly recommend them - such a great team with so much knowledge! It was an absolute pleasure working with them.
Being a first time seller, I couldn’t ask for anyone better to guide me along the way! Deanna and Dave were incredibly insightful and helpful during the entire process! If you’re looking for relators who truly care and listen to your needs, look no further. I would highly recommend!
