The owner of Deane Electric &AC, John Deane, texted me and said I was an idiot when I told him that the ac unit shuts off when it reaches 70 degrees. John said the problem was that we needed to air out the house weekly, buy expensive filters(he claimed that we us cheap filters), and have the less than 10 month old ac unit that he installed coils cleaned which would cost $150. He was rude, unprofessional, and showed very poor workmanship. Please if you need AC and Heating services, DO NOT USE DEANE ELECTRIC & AC🤬Â
A few months ago our AC went out. We got quotes from another AC company between $1200-$1800. We called Deane Electric, they came out, gave us a quote for $450. Two and a half hours later they got our AC working perfectly. My wife and I met Mr. and Mrs. Deane. These folks are nice and friendly, a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend Deane Electric!Â
