Update: everyone avoid this place. They don’t respond to calls or emails. Insurance is still awaiting documentation that is missing for the claims to be fully processed. The front office can’t do the right thing which is communicate effectively. Process claims. More promises with no follow through. The front desk is more rude lately. Really bad, I pay $1200 for crown and they broke my roots, after they just told me that I have to go other doctor and another place, because they don’t know what is the problem with my tooth so disappointed, and mad same time.
