I chose this clinic based on its positive Yelp reviews and initially scheduled an appointment at Dr. Dean Van Nguyen, DDS. However, the front desk assigned me to Dr. Scalercio. During my visit, she treated two cavities, but the procedure felt rushed and somewhat careless. I've been coming to this dental practice since 2017 and have always had a great experience. It's not the greatest, latest office, but the staff is excellent and they practice conservative dentistry so you won't be oversold to "fix" non-existent problems like some practices do. I appreciate that I'm in and out for a cleaning in less than an hour and that I can trust the dentists' advice and guidance.
WOW. The treatment here was exceptional. The front staff ladies were polite and attentive and Dr. Scalercio and Uriel took amazing care of me. They got me in for a deep cleaning at my initial appointment and talked me through everything they were doing. Dr. S was kind and gentle considering the procedure. Very disappointed with the new patient onboarding experience here, especially considering the high Google rating. The entire process felt fragmented, disorganized, and not very patient-centered. After submitting a detailed new patient inquiry through their website, I received a callback asking for the same questions and information I had already provided.
