The entire experience was pleasant from the receptionist to the Dentists final check. The entire staff was very friendly and proffessional. The hygenist ws very thourough and careful. Dr. Isbrandt is very detailed and makes sure the visit is pain free.
Everyone is very nice. Dr. Isbrandt is a very good dentist.
I had an appointment earlier this week that I set up at my last 6 month checkup. Of course, the day before my appointment, my son tells me he has a concert that day. My appointment time was late, 6PM. The concert was at 7, 30 miles away from the office. I called the office to ask if they had any earlier times and explained my situation, but they were booked solid. 2 minutes later the office manager calls me back and says they could get me in at 5:20. Dr. Isbrandt and staff have created a wonderful, relaxing yet highly professional experience for dental care.
Dr. Isbrandnt is simply the best dentist. a lways on time.. never a delay.. great staff.. great care.. could not ask for more!! A Dr. you can trust.
Dr Isbrandt is NOT a salesman. My experience with him is that he is honest, straightforward and a great dentist on top of that!
As always, my dental cleaning visit was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed the conversation, catching up with the staff and their families, and walking away with pearly whites!
Both the doctor and Staff are so friendly.
As usual, Dr. Isbrandt and his staff continue to amaze me! Every one on the staff is committed to providing quality service. I am so pleased that I found them!
