Staff is incredibly kind. The room my mom and I stayed in was not great. Small, cramped, and not at all ideal for spending the night. Food is good but takes awhile to get there.

Dr. Prosser is the best arthroscopic Orthopedic surgeon there is! But SMSC Nurses & Staff in post-op recovery were unprofessional, rude, pushy, and down right unpleasant. I've had 3 surgeries here previously & had wonderful care. Not today! 1/19/18 put a sour taste in my mouth. I couldnt breath but she ripped tyhe O2 hose out of my nose. I was nauseated, but she wouldnt give me anything, not even a puke bag! I threw up on 1.5 hr ride home and am still sick to my stomach now. I bleed all over my clothes and truck seat.
