Whoa! Dean Phillips is the man! Maybe I got lucky with his availability; I needed a water heater and Dean was more responsive and communicative than others I called. He and Dan were in and out in a few hours and the bill was what he quoted. Thanks Dean!
I was disappointed with the lack of transparency in pricing for the services performed in my home. I was charged $180 an hour, but this rate was never disclosed upfront.
