Whoa! Dean Phillips is the man! Maybe I got lucky with his availability; I needed a water heater and Dean was more responsive and communicative than others I called. He and Dan were in and out in a few hours and the bill was what he quoted. Thanks Dean!
I was disappointed with the lack of transparency in pricing for the services performed in my home. I was charged $180 an hour, but this rate was never disclosed upfront. I’ve had Dean do several jobs for me and he is always great to work with. Fair pricing and always very professional. I have referred him to my friends and they have been happy with his services and availability as well. Highly recommend him.
Simple faucet replacement. Quoted $195 at first then they quoted $179 scheduling fee on top of that. Technician and office not on the same page. Stay away from this company
