I went there to purchase a used car for cash with a trade. We agreed to terms but when it was time to pay, they devalued my trade and wanted me to add more money down. That's deceptive sales practices. How could you agree to a price, put it in writing and go back on the deal. I will NEVER purchase from Dean Mitchell Auto Mall, EVER!!
