Took multiple visits in the winter to diagnose and fix an issue (they fixed the incorrect issue the first time which I already paid for). After multiple visits the initial tech had to bring out who seemed like the owner of the company. I spent so much money with this company over the multiple visits they had to make due to not being able to figure out the issue. Gave it a pass because they were VERY nice.
