Great experience--I came late after the Service department had closed, which I didn't know about, but I showed the other guys what I needed and they found it for me. Went above and beyond, very kind and generous.
I bought a used CR-V from Dean McCrary with Crystal as our sales person and Andy helped us too - they were great. We felt like we got a great deal on our purchase and good deal for the trade in.
