Worst service experience. Contacted them regarding our ac unit over 20 days ago but still no conclusive update.
Our unit's air conditioning broke since a month, and there's no help from them. The only communication from their side was there were no suppliers to supply the parts for them, so they're waiting on them. NO SUPPLIERS IN ENTIRE ONTARIO???? Why the company is still running... isn't it their whole purpose is to source the supplies and provide the service??? We are 7 people, getting boiled in 32 degrees since a month...and there's no help from them....the customer service call sucks on an another level....they say there's no up... read more
