He cares about all of his patients 100%
I had an infection raging under my back molar and everyone else in town was telling me I would have to wait a month for an appt. Dr Deans office got me in same day to take a look, prescribed me all the necessary things like pain meds and antibiotics and scheduled me for surgery to remove what needed to be remove within 2 days. They actually listened and knew I couldn’t wait and needed immediate help.
Terrible not happy
Dr. Dean is compassionate. He has a heart for people and he truly loves what he does. I was pregnant and had to get my wisdom teeth out. I was a scared emotional mess. There are very few doctors that I’ve encountered that connect and care about their patients. I’m thankful for him. I had to come in to get my other wisdom teeth out after I had my baby. Oh boy, I was an emotional mess then too! He was once again kind, patient and caring.
Dr.Dean is AMAZING! I had been experiencing severe jaw pain with swelling and was referred to Dr.Dean. Not only did he have me come right in when I called, which is a rare occasion for new patients, but he also got me scheduled for surgery first thing the next morning to remove the infection and fractured root canal. I am so thankful for Dr.Dean and his staff for being so compassionate, welcoming, and giving me the best care during this painful emergency!
Horrible experience I Don't even know if he is a good doctor because I left the office. He may be excellent, but his staff is very unprofessional and the waiting time is beyond unacceptable.
Dr. Dean and his staff are awesome. I truly have a phobia of anything to do with my teeth and he made me super comfortable and even called me the next night after hours to check on me. I'm truly impressed with whole experience. Great Dr who cares about his patients.
As a nurse and hospital administrator I have worked with many doctors over the years, Dr. Dean has that RARE ability and desire to establish a good rapport with his patients he takes the time to relate to you and talk at your level. He is a gifted surgeon and has always had our complete trust in what ever procedure he was performing. Dr Dean has always called each of us the night of our surgery to check on us and answer any questions we have. This is one truly amazing doctor!!!!
