So I went there on Friday 9/19/25 to get a key cut and programmed, They said they programmed both keys & neither one worked as it is supposed to 🤔 Today I HAD TO GO BACK BECAUSE When I unlocked my door with the physical key..It set off the alarm & I had to drive with my alarm going off back to the dealership..Was told by the service manager, That for $185 they would diagnose my car..Guess what the problem was??.... Total Ripoff and totally unprofessional service technicians. They charged me 851$ just for 2 hrs. of labor. I arrived at 715am for a warranty repair of my infotainment system, which they said they cant fix,but was charged 130$ just to tell me its broken. Another 730$ to mount balance 4 tires and change front and rear rotors snd pads..labor only i had all the parts already..i waited 3 hrs.till a lil guy said your still here? Dean Honda has great staff. We have always had courteous assistance from all parts of the staff. With or second CRV, we always use Dean.
