In all my visits to Dr. Sotoreanos' office, I never once felt as if I did not have time to ask and learn. I was not rushed. This Dr and his staff Do well in providing answers to my questions.
Dr.Dean and his entire staff are phenomenal. There were some delays with my surgery, as there were complications with the patient before me, however the nurses and doctors made sure to keep me updated. Once the operating room, the doctor and staff were exemplary and very apologetic for the delays. They are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Dr. Sotereanos is a wonderful doctor & surgeon. I found him to be kind & compassionate. However, post op aftercare in his office is lacking greatly. He is relying solely on his PA's to take care all all post op care & it isn't happening. There is no way to reach his office post op unless you use the health portal. There is no # you can call because it goes into an old secretarys voicemail & I doubt she is even still there because you never get a call back. Dr. Sotereanos is the BEST! Not only anterrific doctor/surgeon, but he has a great personality and is very caring and attentive to patient's concerns. His staff is wonderful too ... everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the PA's in the Monroeville office and I'd give 10 stars if that were an option. My surgery was a huge success! Highly recommend!
Dr. Sotereanos is the BEST in the business! Without him I would of no use of my left hand after a car accident.
