This place is by far disgusting. We travel for work and this was the only place available sadly. We stayed for less than two months but had to pay for the full two months since they don’t do weekly, they require you to pay by cash or money order and they never write a receipt out for you. You had to go to city hall to get trash cans delivered pay a 40$ deposit and 15$ a month. There were trailers with trash piled behind their lot or on trailer beds.
