I was VERY disappointed in this office! Not because of the dentists work, but because of the receptionist that answered the phone. I asked if Dr. Dean was accepting new clients, and the response was "We are not accepting any medicaid clients" I stated that i didn't ask about medicaid, but asked are new clients being accepted. She answered "Yes" Wow! Now I understand if Dr. Dean was not accepting any medicaid, I get that! But the assumption that I have medicaid was unacceptabl, and it was VERY offensive as well! So far my husband is very pleased with them. And says he really like them and the dentist id very nice..does a good job too. My 1 st appointment is in jan.. So maybe i will update it then .. Ty
