Used to be a very loyal customer.....they have pissed me off the last few times. Don't bother. They went downhill, just like these places do. $24 bag and they want $12 for shipping?! No thanks. Not to mention that the last one I bought tore very easily, spilled and broke its contents on the sidewalk, and they didn't make it right or even try by replacing the bag! Spice rack arrived with two cracked tubes. I was offered to BUY replacements.

We were at the KC store this week while on a trip to the city involving a relative having surgery. In some spare time we stopped in per his request for a sandwich, and were so impressed primarily with the amazing cheese section. The variety you see nowhere else was astounding. We allowed ourselves some play money not typically in our grocery budget, and were offered samples of anything we wanted to try.
