Just got off the phone with the DIRECTOR of Customer Support! WHAT A JOKE they are running here at this company. We returned a cake that was a gift and paid shipping on it to send it back to Kansas. Since they have no flexibility in their shipping policy, my family basically made a donation to a $69 million dollar "gourmet" food corporation that takes advantage of their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
