Having worked for Dean & DeLuca in Georgetown, DC for 6 years I have never been to our flagship in SoHo. I was so excited to meet the staff and see the store. Everyone was so nice, the soup was fantastic and I love our kombucha by Seek North. Special shout outs to Langston who gave my partner and I a grand tour, Mohammed for welcoming us, Carleen at soup for a lovely warming meal and all the other staff I didnt get to meet!

Moldy food order delivered. So bummed. Really looking forward to quiche.
Where is the service? Customer Service closed the weekend before Christmas. Seriously? Go silent during the busiest few days of the year? I won't buy from D&D again.
