I waited 18 months to visit the Dean Davidson boutique and it lived up to my imagination! With a place to sit for hubby and a patient sales associate I felt free to try on the whole store without worry or being judged for being rumpled from travel. Canadian designed and made jewelry that oozes quality and is unique. Their rings especially are exciting, Mara and a Plaza came home with me. They don’t feel over large when on and will be in heavy regular wear rotation because life is too short to not do fabulous every day.
Visited the Toronto boutique today where my wife purchased a couple pairs of earrings for her birthday. Just the best, most welcoming customer service, huge variety of beautiful pieces at totally accessible price-points, in an airy and modern showroom. We’ll be back!
I recently contacted Dean & Davidson as a bracelet that I received as a gift for Mother’s Day was in need of repair. I was amazed at the level of service and commitment that I received for my request. They are true to their lifetime warranty ! The turnaround time from start to end of my request was way beyond my expectations. Michelle made my recent experience at Dean Davidson a fantastic one!! I visited the store to pick up some pieces and Michelle helped me - she was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and totally went the extra mile to ensure I was perfectly happy with all the jewelry I selected.
