Visited the Toronto boutique today where my wife purchased a couple pairs of earrings for her birthday. Just the best, most welcoming customer service, huge variety of beautiful pieces at totally accessible price-points, in an airy and modern showroom. We’ll be back!
I recently contacted Dean & Davidson as a bracelet that I received as a gift for Mother’s Day was in need of repair. I was amazed at the level of service and commitment that I received for my request. They are true to their lifetime warranty ! The turnaround time from start to end of my request was way beyond my expectations. Michelle made my recent experience at Dean Davidson a fantastic one!! I visited the store to pick up some pieces and Michelle helped me - she was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and totally went the extra mile to ensure I was perfectly happy with all the jewelry I selected. Bought the mini plaza ring and the midi knockouts. These were Christmas gifts, been 4 months, I’ve yet to see a ring. No updates provided, unless you’re constantly pestering them! Never again, horrible experience and the jewelry is ok, nothing that special not even plated 14/18k gold. I have nicer real gold jewelry for cheaper! Absolute bullshit!!
