Dr Ettingers equipment is fault resulting in the removal of my child. His scale he uses at his office was so far off he called Dcs and had my son removed. When asked when his scale was last serviced and recertified his comment was, that's none of your business and later stated that the scale calibrates itself.

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. We have had communication issues because they don't always respond quickly to questions and messages for the nurses. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us.
