I am writing complain about the service I received from Dean custom air regarding my air conditioning unit. This place has come to my brand new house numerous times since I bought it 18 months ago to fix my heating problem and it is still not fixed. I do not have any heat coming out of my upstairs bedroom and bathroom vents. They come and fix it and it works for a day or 2 and then it doesn’t work anymore. I’m laying in my bed right now freezing.

Dean Custom Air installed the AC and heating system in my DR Horton home. However, I encountered issues with the AC unit tripping the breaker. Upon investigation, it was discovered that bare wires from the attic light switch were making contact, causing the problem. When I first reported the issue, a service representative from Dean Custom Air came out. Their "fix" was simply to flip the breaker to get the unit running again. This review is not about the service this company provides...it is, however, about the employee it has as I was outside my home in Carolina Forest on Sunday morning while the technician, Mike, drove through (heading to his appointment 2 homes away) when he "flicked" his cigarette out of the window...landing at the foot of my drive. So very disappointed with Dean Custom Air. Our central air stopped working on our newly built home on Sunday. We called at 3:53pm and were very happy that a technician called back at 3:56pm. We told him our issue and he said he had several calls before us but could be out tonight, and would call us before coming out. It is 1:30AM and we are still waiting for that call.
