Bought a new house from DR Horton 2 years ago with a carrier system installed by Deans Heating and Air. The a/c system and heat didn't work right from the start. I complained about the temperature and they said it's normal for it not to keep up and a 10 degree difference is normal (NOT NORMAL). They were out during the first year and added refrigerant and then the system worked fine for a year (SO THEY LIE OVER THE PHONE ABOUT THE SYSTEM NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP UP AT 71 DEGREES ON A HOT DAY). My A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days. I was expecting a long wait for service and a hefty price tag. I contacted Dean Custom Air and remarkably, they showed up within 2 hours! Jamie was the technician and diagnosed the problem in minutes... a simple capacitor gone bad. The repairs were completed in minutes, and the bill was fair and reasonable. Thanks again for the quick and honest service!

Our service technician, Christopher, was great. He was punctual, courteous and got right to the job. When he finished he gave us a complete analysis of the results of our semi-annual AC inspection. He answered all of our questions and reviewed our contract. Great job Christopher! He represents Dean Customer Air well. Little River, SC.
