If I could leave no starts I would! I DO NOT recommend this company at all! Since purchasing our BRAND NEW HOME in December of 2023 Deans has been out to work on our system SIX times. Even put in almost a whole new unit in our attic less than a year ago and we’re back to no air once again. My husband and I would like to thank Dean Custom Air repairman, Mike, for coming out on a hot Sunday night to fix our AC! After my husband driving 14 hours to get to our house in Myrtle Beach, and after me flying from Nashville to STL and turning and burning from STL to MYR with our grandson for his vacation, an 82 degree sweltering house is not what we wanted to walk into.
