Ms Dean was just the realtor I was looking for! I was picky about who I sold my family property to, and she was so helpful with that. I was not in a hurry, and she did not rush me or pressure me to take a sale I didn't want. We got my FULL asking price because we waited for the right customer.
Terrible company to work with, put the “wrong pricing” on a flyer, after us going through all of this work to get quotes for renovations and etc, to just say “oh my bad, I’m charging double for this space” THE ROOF IS FALLING THRU THE CEILING! get a grip! No wonder no one likes you, lady!

Terri Dean is a horrible business woman. We are an asian family business owners and need to relocate to another location. We meet with her because she told us the space is available over the phone. After we agreed we want that space the same day of looking at that space. We are willing to rent the space and willing to workout anything to make that happen.
