A 10-minute standard vision test was almost $600, all out of pocket. I have both vision and medical insurance as a federal employee on a national plan. I had no idea SSM was out of network, but they are only in network for one single insurer Superior vision — not available through my extensive federal employee options. Do NOT use this place for any services under any circumstances. They have EARNED their low rating and done nothing to correct it. I came here for urgent care and was left with no answers and hundreds of $ in tests that they claim my insurance isn't covering - these tests were only done in secordary visits because THEIR doctors couldn't figure out what to diagnose. If your insurance offers you a doctor or coverage at this location, go ANYWHERE else.

Patient billing is a nightmare and the phone support is poor. No one available in the clinic to resolve balance/payment issues. Been dealing with this for almost a year, while they confirm a credit balance they won't refund it. All they do is send the same canned response to each comment. I contacted them as directed and there is no response. This is awful service with no way to talk to anyone. Now 2 months since they confirmed they I'm due a refund and no refund. You have to try to be this bad.
