Great customer service and they are always great to the community
They don’t return my calls
RecommendedDean bank in Franklin has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff team. However, the flow of the space is not conducive to those with special needs. The new remodel does not have access that allows independent entry and the teller area is easily congested with merely a few customers in line. Anyone with a wheelchair or walker may want to visit during their slow times.
I do not like Dean Bank. They charge for everything and did not connect my accounts together for overdraft protection like they said that they would. Also deposits don’t post before debits which caused overdrafts and they charged for them. Worst bank ever
