The worst ever find somewhere else
As a physician assistant, it is frustrating to see how incompetent this place is to get treatment. My mother who is not very great with the medical system has trouble getting her appointments and treatment. I have called this place 3 SEPARATE times to get an update on an authorization. When I call back a fourth time, not only do they will not send it to the proper place at a DME, they refer to another specialist when they could just order from the primary care.
