I wish every mechanic was like Dean! I've never had better customer service. I daily drive over an hour to commute to and from my workplace, and one night a deer jumped out onto the busy highway and wrecked my car right outside Novi! The headlight was completely taken out, the driver door would not open, and the car could no longer turn on. Excellent service and great pricing definitely recommend
Dean is knowledgeable, kind and very efficient. I would recommend him to every and anyone. He is honest and has very reasonable prices. He changed my oil in less than 20 minutes and explained to me other issues with my car. If you want a mechanic that will not try to sell you unnecessary issues, go to Dean!
Dean is awesome! Took my car in today after hearing a persistent rattling sound. He was quickly able to determine it was due to low oil. He then educated me about how and when to check oil, refilled the oil, and gave me wonderful peace of mind. Highly recommend for personable, professional, and timely service.
