The receptionist who answered the phone was the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my 40 years. She not only was rude, she answered for her boss, without bothering to pass on the invitation that was not for her. Dr. Dean is an absolute expert in the field. I feel 1000% better everytime I have an appointment. He makes an extra effort to communicate with patients, and he even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made.
