This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. They lied to my husband and I, put us in a terrible position, and refuse to do anything to help us. I went in to them with an issue a few months back, they told me they would do one thing and when I went in to negotiate with them, they refused point blank to do any thing for me. It was such a delightful change of pace to do business with Deals on Wheels. Their employees/salesmen are the finest, most trustworthy guys in the valley. We just bought our first vehicle "born in this century"....and what an AWESOME vehicle it is!!! We are in love!!! This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had! If I could give no stars I would. We drove 4 hours to see I truck we had saw online and it turned out to be a piece of crap. Then we overpaid for a truck that we shouldn't have even driven home because we spent $3,500 to repair the day we got home. The dealership didn't even help pay for any of the expenses even though they told us the truck was perfect!
