Our experience with the front desk parts person at Dealers Electric has been consistently frustrating. He has been rude and unhelpful to both our office staff and our technicians. When we called to place a second order using the same quote sheet, he insisted it had already been picked up and hung up the phone. On follow-up calls, he either disconnected us again or gave unnecessary attitude when asked to transfer to Paul.
