Hoping this gets to the CEO of this company. I cancelled services in December 2015 and have been getting billed until June 2016 after I cancelled. I have still yet to be credited for everything that was owed to me, and in fact have been chasing a wild goose to get this done. Although this isn't MY money (it's my owners), I'm tired of fighting on phone calls every week for the past 6+ months. When will you (Dealerdotcom) get your shit together. Horrible customer service. I ended my service with them because there is better technology available for automotive websites with better mobile compatibility. Since March their billing department keeps submitting a final invoice to me with the WRONG amount on it. I've been back & forth through email with Crystal S. since April 14th trying to get the amount revise. I've been told that this company doesn't have the ability to revise invoices to reflect the correct amount and I should pay what I feel is "fair." Very strange tha... read more
