Finally... after waiting since 7/8/2016 to hear back from management to get a credit and resolution on our account. From where, Dealer . com "accidentally" took one of our sites down during a migration for a 2 week period. Received a credit today from their company. So if you are wanting unresponsive management, and a lackuster response and results to editing on your websites, Dealer . com is for you. Just plan on 8 months in between each adjustment.
