After nearly getting hit by the van that didn't even use a turn signal, I could see why. This man believes texting is more important than the lives of everyone on the road . I couldn't get away from him fast enough after he nearly clipped our front bumper. He almost hit a city work truck as well, and kept a steady swerve. We were doing 80 and he passed us...maybe he was doing 85/90 while playing on a cellphone
