My mother purchased a car from here in October 2018 and we have found nothing but problems after problems with it. Come to find out her contract didn’t even include her down payment in her total sale price for the vehicle and we took the vehicle up there tonight along with the contract and I showed them. Came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation that was scheduled for 11am this morning. It is now 2pm and they only just started it a little bit ago. What an enormous waste of time, I am furious.
Just had my Mazda serviced here for the first time since moving from VA to NC and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I had to drive from Brunswick county after work to drop my car off. They had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and called me the very next day to let me know I could pick my car up. I went 3 weeks ago to look into the Mazda CX-5. I filled out paperwork and the next morning I was told I was approved with 4K down. I said okay how much is the monthly payment, I’ll get back to you said Stefan... I’m still waiting! Horrible follow up!
Art was a pleasure to work with and helped me get the car that I loved! Everyone from the service department to the bookkeeping end of things was wonderful to work with. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
