Yes- the service department is a 10 star 🌟 out of 5. They informed me each step of the way;made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what I needed. They gave me a choice and price on parts ( made me a part of the process) . I don’t know how to fix a car, but after 50 years of driving I know what it needs so I appreciate that I was treated like part of the team. Stevenson Mazda went above and beyond to take care of their customer. I had scheduled a state inspection and twice it had to be rescheduled due to issues at the shop...no fault of their own. As soon as the system was back up, they offered to pick up my car, get it inspected and return it to me. I appreciate their commitment to their customers and will be certain to recommend this dealership.
UPDATE: I bought my car May 23rd and had the best experience ever with Aaron Ferringer (HE'S A 5 STAR) but having an issue with finance. I had mentioned I wanted the 90 day deferred and when I opened the flash drive to look at the paperwork again I saw it wasn't done. My first payment was due 6/29. A month and a few days from the purchase. They were great and sent me new paperwork, I signed it and sent it back. I received my first statement saying my due date is 8/7. 60 days plus a few.
