Had the company install a new heat pump. Mr. D**** came on Tuesday and said they would have to order the unit and would my new unit installed by Saturday. Saturday, I had my new unit installed and running. I was very pleased with the installation. The technicians were very professional and did an outstanding job. I'm retired and worked in the commercial maintenance field, I know what a professional job looks like and this was definitely one.

Although I live in Greenville SC, Deales came and resolved an issue with my a/c. The price was fair considering the contractor my home warranty company sent out wanted me to pay $1200 out of my pocket. Deales found that my unit was still under manufacturer warranty something the first contractor denied. I found Derek to be honest and helpful and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of being a woman who doesn't understand a/c components.
