OVER TWO YEARS OF HELL. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. I BOUGHT AN IDEALBED ADJUSTABLE BASE (MODEL i5) FROM DEALBEDS (SOLD ONLINE THROUGH AMAZON). THE FRAME CRACKED ONLY AFTER 3 MONTHS. ONE OF THE JOISTS ON THE LEG-RAISE SECTION SNAPPED LEAVING ME STUCK SLEEPING WITH MY LEGS HIGHER THAN MY BODY, PROPPED UP BY PILLOWS. The tables arrived damaged. The worst part was that they strung me along for almost a year. I sent pictures, followed up with several emails, and phone calls. They even asked me to send videos of the tables wobbling (which I did). They kept promising that the manufacturer reviewed the proof I sent and agreed to a replacement. They promised they were working on the issue and promised to stay on top of this. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. I gave up. Attached are a couple of pics to give perspective.
Avoid this company, if at all possible. Prior to finalizing the sale, they are great. Rep stated that everything was in stock and that the order would be placed and ship as soon as the payment was received. I paid via cc on the phone. Once they received the money, things went downhill. The product that was ordered was not the product that was delivered (different name), and they claimed it was the same product, but a name change occurred in-house. Warning to all potential buyers — do not be fooled. In the U.S., the vast majority of mattress brands offer a trial period of 90 to 365 days. Yet this place only gives you a mere 30-night trial, which is shockingly inadequate, completely unreasonable, and blatantly exploitative.
