Absolutely loved working with Breylan and his team. Believe it when he says that his # 1 goal is to provide you with the best service you could ever hope to experience. We met with him in early January...he shared his thoughts of what we needed to do to get the best sale outcome. We listened and followed through. The house went on the market at the end of month, we got offers over our listing price by February 1st and closed in 3 weeks. Couldn't have wished for anything better and now we have a new friend as well.
