Randy and Mark who work at Dead Rver Hallowell Maine.,did a fast and efficient job setting up for our generator, the two propane tanks.Expained everything to us.
My mom and I have had Dead River for over 20 years. Not once have they ever let us run out of oil. When our system broke down, frozen pipes, no hot water, they were there the same day and several times in the A.M. The girls in the Hallowell office are so kind to my mom and I! Most oil companies, especially in Maine, are naturally rude!!! Thanks for a great 22 years of amazing service!! Rebecca Papagno

Called requested for services quote a month as they sent technician over. Technician came over and said it will take him about 2hrs to 2.5hrs to do the work. Technician said he will give the paperwork to service manager, and they will call set the appointment. Wait over 2 weeks so I called them and left massage. I called them 3 times and left them massage. They don't return your phone call or email you. No response This is irresponsible, unprofessional.
