First time shooting ever. Everyone, including the other clients, were helpful and professional. I will be going back.
I recently bought a Springfield 1911 from them. Traded my .40 Walther. They gave me a very fair price. We've shot there many times. The people are friendly and the range officers willing to offer tips to improve accuracy.

Interesting place. Very clean and well organized. I took my wife there yesterday to break in her new 9mm. She enjoyed herself thoroughly. The only thing that caught me off guard (not a huge thing mind you) was the upfront notification on pricing of going "above the line" when shooting. I do understand why the notification is done, but I would suggest maybe putting it in writing somewhere (poster sized) on the range perhaps? Use to be my go to gun store but apparently after the break in their quality of customer service fell through the floor. Standing around for 30min with cash in hand to purchase and they'd rather continue jawjacking with customers who have already checked out. You lost a loyal customer of many years, I'll give Gun Commanders my business today, and from now on.
I feel the price is reasonable and the people are friendly and very knowledgeable. Also willing to assist if needed. Plus the target ammo for the 9mm didn't give me any problems, unlike other ranges I've been to
