I don't really appreciate you guys throwing my bill into collections without ever leaving a voicemail letting me know you would do that. I have been making payments every single month since I got the bill in August for my June visit. If you call me from a random number and then don't leave a voicemail I'm not going to answer or call you back. Extremely rude and unprofessional. It is pretty sad when the collection company you use has better customer service than you.
