Horrible experience. Director had a very rude tone. My son was discharged for something that had not happened. The nurse threw the discharge papers at me and was rude. I was talked into using Hospice by saying it was for comfort only . The Hospice company the Deaconess nurse recommended DID NOT keep my son comfortable. I was told by the Deaconess nurse they would take me back of I didn’t want Hospice. They are refusing to take him back now. My surgeon sent over a referral to this agency to initiate services. I received a phone call the day of discharge and was told that they received a referral and would be coming out to the house the next day. I am friends with someone who works at an agency just like this one and I received guidance from him on how this process works. The entire process was outstanding. Dale was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He is a great physical therapist with excellent communication skills and could not happier with results achieved.
The team that takes care of my son are the greatest wouldn't have it no other way talk about professional they are.so if you are looking for a company to care for your love you call on Deaconess they are the best.
I just had my right knee replaced by Dr Palmer…an excellent job. I had 2 weeks home PT scheduled, and having never experienced it before I was anxious about the intensity and potential pain associated with home PT. DALE was my coach, OUTSTANDING, working my muscles and knee but not to the point of failure. He knew how much I could tolerate and pushed me right to that point.
