It was a great experience they were very nice and accomidating. My nephew went with me he is 3 and they let him watch cartoons while we were waiting on the paperwork.

Dealer's initial contact was surprisingly fast, within minutes of my online inquiry, but after I told them about my trade-in, they replied with a horribly low offer. When I asked about flexibility of that offer, I was essentially ignored and they stopped replying to emails, and whenever I call, everyone involved is always busy, and I never get a return call.
Five star courtesy and excellent follow up.
