Great response and follow up
Overall experience was great. Coach was an awesome salesman, did everything possible with the staff to meet our needs. We did purchase a truck, very satisfied
They did respond, yes I was treated fairly, yes I bought the car and I have contacted them since about a couple of issues which has not been handled as fast as they should, overall I think I can be happy with the purchase as soon as the issues are solved
There was no price nor pictures on Cargurus. I requested price, color and if it had NAV and 40 hours later someone emailed that they wanted to talk to me plus they called. She sent several other emails but never answered on price nor said if it had NAV. Finally I asked for the manager's name and he wrote giving these 2, after 6 days. Quality of service may dictate quality of dealership.

It was the used car dealer of deacon jones for a 2014 dodge ram 3500 mega cab. They had me drive 2 hrs to see the vehicle and then wouldn't even let me look at it. They stopped me and said another person just came and was buying two cars and made me feel like I was bothering them even though I spoke on the phone previously with them and made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional. Will NEVER go back. Across the street at the new dealer they are more professional.
